The practice and the companion

Týr — Trust your Recovery is an online practice. The Android app supports an ongoing practitioner–client relationship through scheduling, session records, wellbeing entries, and practical tools. Questions can be directed to talk02pallavi@gmail.com.

Browsing this website, trying its illustrative preview, or sending an enquiry does not create a therapeutic relationship or confirm an appointment. Confirm suitability and the applicable service terms directly with your practitioner before beginning sessions.

Availability and suitability

Clients of all ages may enquire about sessions. Children must attend with a parent. Before a child creates an app account, a parent or legal guardian should contact the practice to confirm consent and the arrangements for care. Suitability and the ability to provide sessions in your location are confirmed with the practice before booking; this website does not promise service in every country.

The Android app is currently available as an early-access APK from this website. Session availability is determined by the practice’s schedule. No appointment is reserved simply by selecting a price option on this site.

Using an account

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in details. Do not share your password or attempt to access another person’s records. A shared device can retain offline data; consider the app lock, device security, and export location when using the app.

Account creation and online operations depend on network access and the availability of the underlying services. Previously cached records may remain available offline, but booking, payment, and deletion operations need a connection.

Sessions and prices

Current session options: Trial session (30 minutes) — ₹1,050; Single session (60 minutes) — ₹2,100; Three sessions (3 × 60 minutes) — ₹5,880; Six sessions (6 × 60 minutes) — ₹11,200. The trial is available once per client. Current catalogue credits do not expire; older purchases can have their own recorded terms.

Prices in Indian rupees. Confirm the applicable total with the practice before purchasing. The applicable amount and package must be clear before you pay. Purchase session packages in the Android app using Razorpay. Your web account can open a Razorpay-hosted payment link; the website does not collect card details.

See the cancellation and refund information before booking. Online sessions use Google Meet; you are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection, and a setting appropriate for your conversation.

Health and emergency boundaries

The app’s tools, mood patterns, and questionnaires do not provide a diagnosis, guarantee an outcome, or replace discussion with a qualified professional. Results and progress vary by person.

This website, app, and contact inbox are not emergency services. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent assistance, contact your local emergency services rather than waiting for an app or email response.

Privacy and your content

Your entries remain your content. Access within the app follows the permissions described in the privacy notice, including your sharing choices for journals and tool entries. No licence to publish your therapy content is requested by this website.

To request account removal without using the app, follow the account deletion instructions.
